Dr. Thomas Yoon obtained his D.D.S. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 2001. He attended a General Practice Residency at Washington University in 2002. Wanting to further his education, Dr. Yoon completed a Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Florida (UF) in 2003. He continued his training at UF obtaining a Master’s in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Periodontology in 2006. Dr. Yoon obtained his Diplomate status with the American Board of Periodontology in 2007. Prior to joining LECOM, Dr. Yoon maintained a private practice in Winter Park, Florida. Dr. Yoon obtained a Master’s in Health Service Administration degree from LECOM in 2018.
Dr. Yoon joined LECOM in September 2015 as an Assistant Professor of Periodontology where he served as a course director and clinical instructor. In 2017, Dr. Yoon was promoted to the Director of Research and the following year received an additional appointment as the Director of Specialists. As Director, Dr. Yoon was instrumental in the development of multiple research facility laboratory cores. He successfully established a dental implant program and obtained two corporate grants for financial and equipment support. Dr. Yoon also created a vertical integration model for the first- and second-year students to experience clinical education early in their dental education.
In July 2020, Dr. Yoon was appointed as the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education. Under this administrative role, Dr. Yoon supervised all aspects of clinical education in the Bradenton, Erie and Defuniak Springs dental clinics. He continued to develop programs to expand education in areas such as implant restoration, 3D scanning and printing, and laser therapy. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Yoon served LECOM as a member of the Institutional Review Board, the Process Improvement Teams on Grant Policies, and as a member of the Steering Committee for the Middle States Commission on Higher Education accreditation site visit. Dr. Yoon was promoted in 20201 to Associate Professor of Periodontology.
Dr. Yoon is an international lecturer on a variety of topics relating to dental implant treatment and regenerative bone surgery. He serves the dental education community as the current chair on the Council of Sections Administrative Board for the American Dental Education Association. He is an accrediting consultant for predoctoral Clinical Science and post-doctoral Periodontology for the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA). Dr. Yoon also serves as a consultant examiner for the Commission of Dental Competency Assessment (CDCA).
Dr. Evans is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has a compassionate approach to patient care as he strives to ensure the comfort and trust that is expected in a doctor-patient relationship. Patients and staff enjoy his upbeat personality and jovial attitude – it is easy to see that he loves what he does!
Dr. Evans is a veteran of the United States Navy. Throughout his decade of service, he has had the distinct privilege of treating many of our heroes, both Sailors and Marines, as they returned from combat and overseas tours.
After earning a BS from Brigham Young University-Idaho in Human Biology/Chemistry and a DMD from The University of Louisville School of Dentistry, Dr. Evans then went on to complete two residencies: a General Practice Residency (GPR) at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton followed by Oral & Maxillofacial Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
Through his military and civilian practice, Dr. Evans has extensive experience and training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implantology, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma and benign head and neck pathology.
Dr. Evans is a General Anesthesia examiner for the Dental Board of California and carries certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Tactical Combat Casualty Care and a General Anesthesia permit.
In his spare time, Dr. Evans enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Tracy, also a former Navy dentist, and spending time with their children and dogs. He is an avid golfer and football enthusiast.
Dr. Sinada is a prosthodontist & self-described tech-geek that dedicates teaching and leadership activities to advancing the field of prosthodontics via surgical and prosthetic innovation. With a very committed emphasis on pushing the envelope, particular interests include the application of digital dentistry to all aspects of prosthodontics— from surgical applications to comprehensive prosthodontic treatment and maxillofacial prosthetics.
Monique Kramer has been a seasoned Dental Industry Specialist for over two and a half decades
working with individuals and companies Nationally within the Dental Industry. As the Founder and CEO
of Dental SaaS Consulting, Monique is genuine in her desire to build robust solutions for her clients using
her expertise and dental industry experience.
Her journey began in 1997 in her parent’s dental lab in the Pacific NW and continued when she
orchestrated the sale in 2014. Since then, she has continued to explore Procurement, Operations, Sales
Enablement, and Leadership with various positions in the dental industry. Monique’s diverse experience
along with her in-depth knowledge of Clinical, Corporate Dentistry, Digital Strategies, Sales & Marketing

partnerships that are mutually impactful. She has a unique ability to connect with people, ignite their
passions, and create visions for the future.

Dr. Daniel Fenton serves as the Clinical Director of Education and Training for Affordable Care. He was born and raised in Florida where he currently resides with his wife, and his young daughter and son. He attended the University of Florida on full academic scholarship, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He furthered his studies at Columbia University in New York City where he matriculated in their Post Baccalaureate Sciences program. Dr. Fenton was one of five students selected to participate in Nova Southeastern University’s Masters of Biomedical Science program. Upon completion, he attended NSU’s College of Dental Medicine where he received his doctorate degree.
Following graduation from dental school at Nova Southeastern University, he was one of 4 students in the country selected to complete an additional twelve month internship training program in Oral/Maxillofacial Surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital/Ryder Trauma Center in Miami, FL. His experience there increased his proficiency in dentoalveolar procedures such as surgical tooth extractions, wisdom teeth extractions, tori excisions, alveoplasty, hard and soft tissue biopsies, bone grafting, and dental implant protocols. Consequently, the additional surgical training has increased his gravitation toward the surgical aspect of general dentistry and distinguishes him among general dentists whom perform oral surgery. Dr. Fenton is an extensively trained general dentist who discovered his passion for pre-prosthetic surgery and denture fabrication while employment through the National Health Service Corps following dental school graduation. His tenure with Affordable Care began in 2013, progressed as a multiple practice owner, and culminated in his recent appointment to Clinical Director.
He avidly enjoys continuing education and has accumulated over 2,500 additional hours since dental school graduation; including the AAID Maxi Course, Misch Implant Education Continuum, Dawson Occlusion Seminar, and hands-on implant training at the Garg Implant Institute; propelling him to reach Fellowship status within The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), Associate Fellowship status within the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, (AAID), and Diplomat status within International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) – the highest honor among the largest and most renown dental implant organization in the world. He is currently a standing member of the Florida Dental Association (FDA), American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of Osseointegration (AO), American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), and Atlantic Coast Dental Association (ACDA). He holds Diplomat status within the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA) and fellowship status within the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics (AAIP). Dr. Fenton also holds certifications for the administration of nitrous oxide and conscious sedation as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support. He is a faculty educator at Implant Pathway, The Engel Institute, Biohorizons, and Zest Inc.
Dr. Fenton has participated in several pro bono volunteer medical missions to third world countries in order to provide oral healthcare to the indigent populations of Mexico, Peru, Jamaica, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic. When Dr. Fenton is not spending his time perfecting his patient’s smiles, he enjoys traveling with his family, cheering for his beloved Florida Gators / Miami Dolphins, snowboarding, hiking, biking, and fantasy football.
